The company matches experienced school leaders to schools who require them immediately. We are able to provide interim and short-term leadership solutions through on-site work, virtual work or off site work .

Set up in 2023 by Ian and Ele, two experienced school leaders. When Ele had her second child she was looking to utilise her skills and experience to support schools in a more flexible way. As a recent Headteacher, she knew all too well the challenges that schools were facing with recruitment and capacity issues.

Ele worked most recently as a Headteacher, before that as a Deputy Headteacher (Academic), Head of English, Head of 6th Form and Advanced Skills Teacher at schools in London, Bristol, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.

Ian works as a Vice Principal and before that was an Assistant Principal and Head of History in London and Essex.
